Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If the seal has been broken on the item, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange unless the items seal remains unbroken and within the 7 day period since purchase. If the seal is broken and there is no known fault we are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind.
After a 7 day period since purchase, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, but you can choose a refund or exchange if the item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
- has a problem that would of stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- it is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- this item doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
